2027 CAHLN Conference Registration

Don’t wait! Take advantage of early registration to save on costs and guarantee hotel room availability.

Registration includes access to the welcome reception on Sunday, May 30, as well as conferences, exhibitions, snacks, and lunches from Monday, May 31, to Wednesday, June 2.

Students also receive a 50% discount on the registration fee.

The banquet on Tuesday, June 1, is available for an additional 110$ for conference attendees and 150$ for other guests.

To qualify for the registration fee discount, you must enter the corresponding promotional code at checkout, as indicated in the table below. These codes are valid only during the specified registration timeline.

Banquet Event – ​​June 1^st

Enjoy an exclusive 30-minute behind-the-scenes tour of the Granby Zoo, followed by a cocktail reception in the *Odyssée Pacifique Sud* pavilion, where you can view several aquariums. A three-course dinner, including wine, will be served in the adjoining Kaila Hall.

Bus transportation from the faculty will be provided, with return service available to either the faculty or the three official conference hotels.

The cost for the evening is $110 for conference attendees and $150 for other guests.

LABORATORIAN OF THE YEAR

 

Who can be nominated:

Anyone who has made a significant contribution to animal health laboratory medicine in Canada. A nominee can be an outstanding diagnostician, educator, researcher, mentor of future laboratorians, or other contributor to the field.

 

How to nominate:

Send a brief letter of support outlining the nominee’s accomplishments, along with the nominee’s CV, to the Awards Committee of CAHLN, by sending an e-mail to cahlnrctlsa@medvet.umontreal.ca before TBD. Please write “Laboratorian of the Year” as the subject title.

Reserved room block for the conference

Rooms must be booked at least 45 days prior to the arrival date to guarantee availability and rates. Each attendee is responsible for making their own reservation and handling payment.
