Presenters must submit their abstracts for oral and poster presentations by April 9, 2016 . All abstracts will be considered by the Steering Committee and submitters will be notified by Thursday, April 22nd, 2016. Please complete the attached Abstract Submission Form and forward by e-mail to Dr. Carmencita V. Yason, cahln2016@upei.ca.
Oral presentations must not exceed 12 minutes in length, with an additional 3 minutes allowed for questions.
Oral presentations should be prepared in MS PowerPoint format, and an electronic copy of the presentation should be provided to Dr. Carmencita Yason, cahln2016@upei.ca, using specifications detailed in the “Guidelines for All Speakers” document which will be sent to you prior to the conference.
The poster area which is located near the Market Square, MacDougall Building, UPEI will be available for posting on Sunday, June 5, by 11:00 AM and posters should be available for viewing until Tuesday, June 7, 5:00 PM. Poster dimensions should be no greater than 4’ x 4’.
